Hello,

I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent.

Mission

As a Senior IT Technician, you will be responsible for daily on-site client visits to provide technical support and service. You will handle diverse situations, ensuring fast and effective problem resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues at client sites (70%).

Perform regular maintenance under annual service contracts (10%).

Install new IT systems, both hardware and software, for new clients (20%).

Provide advice and recommendations based on your assessments during visits.

Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients with solutions, improvements and best practices.

Participate in the deployment of new technologies and ensure quality follow-ups.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has solid experience in IT support and field service work.

Is comfortable traveling to client sites daily (vehicle required - Montreal & surrounding areas).

Communicates clearly and professionally with clients.

Shows autonomy, initiative and problem-solving ability.

Is resourceful and confident when handling on-site interventions.

Assets: experience with Microsoft, Cisco, Dynacom, TrendMicro, ACCEO, wwwilliam.coop.
