Chick-fil-A Appleby Crossing is an independently owned and operated quick service restaurant with a goal of serving the Burlington and surrounding community through our great food and remarkable hospitality.
As a back of house prep person at Chick-fil-A Appleby Crossing, you will work in a team driven environment, however is often set to do individual-centric tasks focused on preparing and serving delicious food. Role Responsibilities
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
- Prepare, assemble, and package hot, and cold food efficiently. Specifically, preparing salads, produce, cookies, and other fresh and daily made items.
- Have a positive attitude and communicate clearly and courteously with fellow team members, guests, and third parties.
- Adhere to all training standards within the restaurant.
- Demonstrate a willingness learn.
- Perform additional work duties as assigned by leadership to support business needs.
- Possess the ability to work in a high demand environment while maintaining all above standards.
- Show support to your team by being punctual, reliable, and consistent in every shift.
