Job description
Job Title: Lot Attendant / Condition Reporter
Location: Berry Mills, New Brunswick (On-site)
Work Type: On-going
Salary: $18 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay
Vacancy: Existing vacancyThis Lot Attendant / Condition Reporter role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working outdoors, paying close attention to detail, and working within the automotive industry. The right person will recognize this role as a natural next step if they have an interest in vehicles, take pride in maintaining accurate records, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do
  • Inspect vehicles and accurately document damage and condition using a handheld device.
  • Clean and prepare vehicles for photography, including removing contents and exterior cleanup.
  • Take clear, professional photos of vehicles for online listings and inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle records and ensure information is complete and correct.
  • Work safely and efficiently in an outdoor environment while supporting lot operations.
What You'll Bring
  • Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain and snow.
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of vehicles and automotive equipment.
  • Experience using handheld devices and taking clear, detailed photographs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • CSA-approved safety boots.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
