Job description
🚀 Logistics Coordinator – Ville Saint-Laurent
Are you a master of organization and movement? We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a strategic temporary mandate within a high-performing team in Ville Saint-Laurent.

The Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Working in Ville Saint-Laurent means being at the very heart of Montreal’s economic and logistical engine. Advantages
Salary: $26 to $28 / hour (depending on experience).

Responsibilities
Operational Planning: Organize and optimize freight flows in collaboration with carriers and the warehouse.

Documentation Management: Prepare and validate all shipping documents, including bills of lading (BOL), commercial invoices, and customs documentation.

Performance Tracking: Ensure real-time shipment traceability and proactively resolve any logistical delays or disputes.

Internal Coordination: Act as a central point of contact to ensure the smooth flow of information between the sales, purchasing, and production departments.

Compliance Control: Ensure adherence to current transportation and safety standards

Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in logistics, coordination, or a similar operational role.

Bilingualism: Perfect command of both French and English (oral and written), essential for coordinating with carriers and partners outside of canada.

Technical Expertise: Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and comfort with management systems (ERP/WMS).

Key Skills: Strong analytical skills, rigor in document tracking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
