Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily office tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Managing and organizing files, records, and correspondence.
- Preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Handling office supply inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Communicating with internal teams and external clients on behalf of executives.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelro degree or equivalent (additional education or certification in office administration is a plus).Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications :
