Principales responsabilités :
• Diriger la croissance des revenus et assurer la rentabilité des comptes assignés
• Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients grâce à une prestation de services exceptionnelle
• Gérer, encadrer et motiver les équipes sur site afin d’atteindre les objectifs de performance
• Identifier et saisir de nouvelles occasions d’affaires pour stimuler la croissance des comptes
• Superviser la planification des ressources, l’ordonnancement et l’optimisation de la main-d’œuvre
• Recruter, intégrer et former les membres de l’équipe afin de soutenir le succès opérationnel
• Assurer la conformité aux normes de santé et sécurité ainsi qu’aux protocoles d’assurance qualité
• Favoriser la satisfaction des clients et la rétention à long terme des comptes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead revenue growth and ensure profitability for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire on-site teams to achieve performance goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive account growth
  • Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and workforce optimization
  • Recruit, onboard, and train team members to support operational success
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocols
  • Drive client satisfaction and long-term account retention

Qualifications

QUI RECHERCHONS-NOUS ?
• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience opérationnelle en gestion intégrée des installations
• Une expérience de contrats multisites est un atout
• Capacité de se déplacer avec nuitées au besoin
• Connaissance des éléments techniques nécessaires à la prestation des services de soutien
• Capacité à attirer, développer et retenir les employés, tout en offrant un environnement de travail sécuritaire et favorable, en appui aux stratégies liées aux ressources humaines
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
• Grande attention aux détails et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique axé sur les échéanciers
• Doit réussir une vérification des antécédents criminels de niveau fédéral
• Doit détenir un dossier de conduite vierge

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management
  • Multi site contract experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel overnight when required
  • Awareness of technical elements needed to deliver services support
  • Attracts, develops and retains employees, providing a safe, supportive work environment, supporting People strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Must pass a Federal criminal background check
  • Must have a clean drivers abstract
