Intermediate Corporate Paralegal – Vancouver

Our client, a well-known and established law firm located in Vancouver, is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their newly available opportunity for an Intermediate Corporate Paralegal. The client has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch legal expertise and guidance to their diverse client base.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist Lawyers with general transactional work, corporate reorganizations, incorporations and annual maintenance
• Prepare filings, closing books and reporting letters
• Conduct due diligence searches

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Corporate Paralegal.
• Paralegal Certificate or diploma from accredited institution
• Strong technical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently is imperative in this role

Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 dependant on experience.
