Maintenance Manager

We are a unique, local manufacturing and construction company in it's 52nd year of operation. Come be a part of an organization that designs, engineers, manufactures and installs custom building enclosures across North America. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager who will oversee and manage the maintenance procedures related to the facilities. The responsibilities of this position include organization of manpower, maintain and repair of the buildings, machines, vehicle fleet, janitorial functions, as well as tracking repairs and costs.

Essential Functions

• Direct and coordinate manpower for all maintenance functions.
• Maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program (PM) for the buildings and machinery.
• Diagnose problems with machinery and facilities when required and coordinate and lead all machine repairs and installations.
• Maintain an inventory of basic parts for maintenance of facilities and machines.
• Work with outside vendors for repair, installation, and preventative maintenance and ensure that all health and safety documents required are completed for vendors to enter the building.
• Positively contribute to a healthy culture by building trust, teamwork, and opportunities for innovation.
• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
• Track expenses and oversee budget for maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma required. Licensed 433A Industrial Millwright preferred. Three to five years of experience in a similar role. Must have experience working with hand tools. Basic computer skills are required.
