The Opportunity

We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer with 2–3 years of civil litigation experience to join our practice.

This role is well suited to a dedicated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent research abilities, and a thorough understanding of legal procedures. This role involves managing active litigation files, advising clients, and representing their interests in court and related proceedings. Candidates should be committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of their work.

Areas of Practice

The practice will primarily involve civil and litigation matters, including :

• Small Claims Court matters
• Immigration litigation (judicial reviews, appeals, and related proceedings)
• Debt recovery and related matters
