In depth knowledge of their mainframe Billing systems and business processes are required. The resource must have a strong analytical skill, areas of expertise include requirement gathering, billing solutions and test strategies with the Waterfall and Agile MethodologyTop 3 skills

• Problem solve issues on the Mainframe (Billing apps)
• Excellent Communication in French and English
• Excellent Analytical skills

Typical day to day: Perform project work on CBSS, DIS ARICS and USOC. We handle about 20 projects per year in this area. There are many project calls.

• Provide assessment on responsible application on he mainframe
• Write JCL for query
• Analysis Cobol program
• Work with File-AID, VSAM databases
• Perform testing on the mainframe

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing leadership and design initiatives for building technology solutions.
• Develops architecture and integration to support medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Defines project scope, plans and deliverables including cost and timelines.

Qualifications include:

• Demonstrated experience providing IT architecture and planning; ability to produce IT solutions, both independently and collaboratively;
• Experience and/or training related to one or more Architecture & Service Delivery Frameworks (TOGAF, eTOM, ITIL, CoBiT, etc.)

• CBSS and COBI Migration to NM1
• Nexxia automation
• ARICS Payment
• USOC/SAC update
