- Brief Description Reporting to the Quality Manager, the candidate will : -Ensure plant inspections (of premises, storage conditions, compliance with procedures and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices;
- Evaluate raw materials, packaging materials, mixtures and finished products according to established standards and follow up on non-conformances.
- Perform documentation, investigation and containment of non-conforming products; -Perform operational inspections on production lines -Carry out monitoring tasks (calibration of equipment and other tools, monitoring of interior and exterior premises);
- Follow up on non-conformities as they arise; -Provide training in hygiene, good industrial practices and other specific activities related to CCP / prerequisite programs / and SQF;
- Organize and perform quality control of finished and in-process products according to established specifications; -Perform food and environmental sampling in accordance with HACCP / SQF standards;
- Follow the results of analyses, communicate the information adequately to the various managers concerned and compile the results;
- Ensure the monitoring of completed forms and work methods within the framework of HACCP / SQF; -Assist the Quality Manager during CFIA and third party audits;
