As a member of our consulting team, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing top talent, interviewing, skills matching and presenting candidates for open opportunities at our clients, as well as offer presentation and post-placement follow-up.
Responsibilities : Identify and fulfill job requirements while consulting with account managersEnsure applicant resumes are acknowledged and accurately reviewedIdentify, screen and conduct full candidate interviewsCandidate sourcing via networking, direct recruiting, various job boards and online-advertising techniques etc.
