Overview

RED TIC is recruiting for an IT Tech Talent Acquisition profile for our client. The role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top IT talent, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing : Proactively source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for roles.
• Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Process Management : Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and talent market dynamics.
• Employer Branding : Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
