Job Summary
The Application Engineer provides technical expertise on the NTN product line and related applications to internal and external customers. The Application Engineer is responsible for engineered bearing solutions and for demonstrating the benefits of NTN products. This includes following a customer centric approach with technical services to NTN customers such as application reviews, training programs, failure analysis, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise on the NTN product line to internal and external customers on matters relating to bearing applications and related bearing system requirements.
Responsible for adherence to NTN’s Professional Management Practice Plan. This includes maintaining project documentation such as engineering drawings, technical reviews, root cause failure analysis and application design recommendations.
Frequent communication with internal and external customers
Adhere to all company Business Code of Conduct policies, all policies, procedures, and dress code.
Performs other duties as required.
