Your new role
Jim Pattison Developments is seeking a Property Manager to join its Property Management team overseeing Powell River Town Centre Mall. Powell River Town Centre Mall is themunity’s primary shopping hub, offering under 250,000 sq. ft. of retail space with 30 tenants. Anchored by Save‑On‑Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, Winners, and Walmart, the Centre delivers strong daily traffic and serves as the heart of retail activity for Powell River and surrounding coastalmunities.The Property Manager will be an integral part of the team, interacting with other Property Managers, Accounting, Building Technicians, Development, Construction and Tenants. This role will report to the Director Property Management and will consist of, but not be limited to, the following :

What you'll need to succeed
You bring proven experience inmercial or retail property management, supported by strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization abilities that allow you to handlepeting demands in a fast‑paced environment. You demonstrate a high level of professionalism under pressure,municate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams, and maintain strong attention to detail. Known for your positive, service‑oriented approach, you pair strong interpersonal skills with solid technical proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
