Are you a hands-on problem solver with expertise in maintaining and repairing complex manufacturing equipment? We’re looking for an Industrial Millwright 433a to join our team and ensure our production systems run at peak performance.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing electro-mechanical equipment to support production goals and maximize equipment uptime. You’ll collaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and keep our manufacturing operations efficient and reliable.
Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment including drive systems, sensors, cabling, and automated production machinery
Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers on installations and system evaluations
Build mock-ups of production equipment and support new specifications
Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair systems using knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, motors, and mechanics
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams
Document technical information through reports, sketches, and calculations
Perform electrical, mechanical, and fluid measurements using proper tools and equipment
Assemble / disassemble and calibrate components following procedures
Apply PLC programming and industrial network knowledge to system controls
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
Track, collect, and report maintenance data
Support preventive maintenance, installations, and repair projects
Millwright 433a License
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility with experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics / pneumatics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Outlook, and maintenance tracking systems
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations)
