Responsibilities :
The Proposal Manager is responsible for creating compelling and competitive proposals for business opportunities with Canadian government agencies.
Their primary focus is on sourcing government requests for proposals (RFPs) and ensuring timely and high-quality bid submissions.
- Market Analysis :
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify potential business opportunities.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and project requirements.
- Strategy Development :

- Team Coordination :
- Collaborate with various departments (sales, marketing, product development) to create cohesive proposals.
- Coordinate subject matter experts and technical teams.
- Bid Management :
- Oversee the entire bid process, from pre-solicitation through proposal submission.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and deadlines.
- Negotiations :

Part-time Hours :
The position is part-time, requiring 20 to 25 hours per week or approximately 80 to 100 hours per month.
Base Salary :
The base salary for the Proposal Manager role will vary based on relevant experience. It could range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
