We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Insurance Brokers to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-only role, ideal for driven individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment and want to unlock unlimited earning potential.

We provide supplemental lead generation to help you hit the ground running and accelerate your success.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, pursue, and close new insurance sales opportunities across personal and commercial lines.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Assess clients’ needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs.

Leverage company-provided leads to supplement your prospecting efforts.

Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

Proactively follow up with leads and referrals to drive business growth.

Requirements :

Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required.

Valid RIBO license / OTL willing to switch to RIBO

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

A strong desire to build a successful career in the insurance industry.

Exceptional phone skills.
