What can you expect :

As a member of the product team, the Product Manager is responsible for the success of product development initiatives. The Product Manager will work with various stakeholders to understand core market issues, develop strategies to solve them and develop empathy for the user.

They will also maximize the value of the work done by teams of developers, collaborate with the marketing team, and measure the success of the adoption of their initiatives.

You'll be responsible for :

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Meet and transparently share information with stakeholders to ultimately gather market problems and develop a vision;
  • Aggregate data from the market and prototypes to validate hypotheses;
  • Define, communicate, and execute on product development strategy;
  • Iteratively build increments of the product and tie them back to market problems;
  • Coordinate with user experience designers, developers, marketing, and stakeholders;
  • Assist the team in solution design with ideation and answers to questions about requirements;
  • Actively participate in Scrum Events and host periodic Sprint Reviews;

Inspect & Adapt

  • Develop strategies to measure and monitor key performance indicators early;
  • Periodically adapt strategies based on performance indicators;

Roadmap & Vision

  • Own prioritization of the Product Backlog consumed by developers;
  • Forecast a horizon of product increments;
  • Develop empathy for our users and show value via storytelling.
  • Participate in the product development community.

What we want from you :

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management;
  • 2+ years of experience working with software development teams;
  • Bilingual (English & French);
  • Proven track record of successful product launches;
  • Ease with web analytics tools (Analytics, Hotjar, Kibana, SQL, etc.);
  • Ease with backlog management tools (JIRA, Target Process, Pivotal Tracker, GitHub issues, etc.);
  • Enthusiastic about change & experiments;
  • Methodical, organized, and solution-oriented.
