Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated ERP & Process Specialist to maintain and optimize our Epicor ERP system and SolidWorks PDM, ensuring seamless business operations and process improvements across the organization. This role is instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, functionality, and effectiveness of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

ERP System Maintenance :

  • Ensure the smooth operation of our Epicor ERP system through regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve ERP-related issues and enhance system functionality.

Process Mapping & Optimization :

  • Work with QA and Department Managers to document, analyze, and enhance existing business processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps and documentation.
  • Implement ERP system enhancements to streamline business operations.

    • Customization & Development :

  • Customize Epicor ERP to align with specific business needs.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions in C# and Visual Basic as required.

    • Data Reporting & KPI Management :

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within the ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards, providing key insights to department managers.

    • Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement :

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste and inefficiencies in ERP processes.
  • Propose and implement process improvement strategies.

    • User Training & Technical Support :

  • Provide training to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
  • Offer technical support for ERP users and troubleshoot issues related to SolidWorks PDM, Office 365, and other customized IT solutions.

    • IT Procedures & Documentation :

  • Develop and maintain IT work procedures and instructions for all IT functions.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP system maintenance and administration, with a strong preference for Epicor ERP.
  • Proficiency in C# and Visual Basic, with experience in ERP system customization and development.
  • Expertise in Epicor ERP customization, ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Strong background in process mapping, optimization, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and effectively support end-users.
