Job Summary
This position enters billing and address information into the UPS system and complete various administrative tasks within the data entry department.
This position require a lot of customer service; answering phones, handling customer concerns and opening and closing the customer counter.
Responsibilities :
- Enters data into UPS systems within time specific guidelines.
- customer service; answering phones, handling customer concerns and opening and closing the customer counter
- Provides administrative support to management team
- Working in a warehouse environment
- Available to work Monday to Friday
- Start time 4 : 30pm (3-5 hour shifts)
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Availability to work flexible shift hours and work 5 days a week
Compensation :
- $15.38 per hour to start
- Guaranteed wage progression
- Benefits after 1 year of service
- Pension plan
