Parts Administrator

Responsibilities :

• Reach out to customers, provide information on requested parts
• Write up purchase orders, confirm accuracy and ensure timely delivery
• Document errors and track follow-ups from service reports
• Maintain up to date training records for technicians
• Track and confirm all required documents are included in each service folder
• Collaborate and support the parts department
• Assisting with reception coverage and other administrative support as required
