Health Care Aide

Overview

Health Care Aide role at Shared Health-Soins Communs , located in West St. Paul, Manitoba. Employment type : Full-time; FTE : 0.40; Work Arrangement : In Person; Anticipated Shift : Evenings; Weekends; Daily Hours Worked : 7.75; Salary : $22.512 – $26.019 (various pay steps).

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as a team member related to the daily personal care, welfare and safety needs of the residents, in a manner that respects their dignity and promotes a maximum quality of life.
• Be part of an interdisciplinary resident care team and work with residents and families to uphold the Home’s mission, vision and values.
• Perform all duties in accordance with established health and safety regulations / guidelines, policies and procedures.

In addition, this role requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. A security check is considered current if obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred.
