Meet Our Team. As a Manager to Solutions Consulting team for Canada, you will collaborate and manage a team of Solutions Consultants while working cross functionally with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups to ensure the successful execution of sales strategy into our largest strategic Financial Services and Insurance accounts. Our solutions consultants are technically savvy, customer centric, and experts in leveraging Pega's AI-powered decisioning capabilities to transform financial institutions and insurance providers in Canada.
What You'll Do At Pega
- Act as a Player / Coach! Help the Canada team of 6-8 Solutions Consultants present, listen, create architectures, demo solutions, discuss ideas and solve problems for financial services and insurance clients. Partner with complex financial institutions and insurance providers to meet their strategic business goals by streamlining their critical operations to engage their customers across multiple channels using Pega's AI-powered customer engagement, workflow and legacy transformation solutions.
- Prepare road maps focused on evaluating the current state and the transformation to the future state with Pega's cutting edge unified platform, highlighting how AI can accelerate digital transformation in banking, wealth management, and insurance operations.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to create and deliver world class technical demonstrations that showcase Pega's AI capabilities for financial services use cases such as intelligent underwriting, claims processing, fraud detection, and personalized customer journeys.
- Cultivate your team of direct reports through coaching, goal-setting, and performance management, with a focus on developing expertise in financial services and insurance industry challenges.

3+ years managing presales teams with a successful track record working with enterprise financial services and insurance clients through enterprise-like sales engagements.Experience advising and managing a team of Solutions Consultants with a focus on financial services and insurance industry solutions.Deep technical acumen with strong preference for CRM, BPM, and AI experience in financial services contexts.Delivered POCs and custom demonstrations that showcase how Pega's AI capabilities solve specific challenges in banking, wealth management, or insurance.Provided thought leadership in technology with an emphasis on how AI is transforming financial services and insurance operations.Pega Offers You

Base salary range for this role is 183,300 - 233,300 CAD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share information on benefits, bonus / commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
