We’re growing! And looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic candidate to join our Biogas operations team for the position of Plant Operator I  located at our Biogas facility in  Elmira, ON . This is an ideal full time  opportunity!

Skyline's biogas facility in Elmira, ON has been operating since 2014 as one of Canada's largest biogas facilities. It converts up to 110,000 tones of organize waste into approximately 25,000 MWh of renewable electricity annually (equivalent to powering 2,179 homes annually).

Compensation : Starting at $30.00 per hour.

Duties include :

• Perform or assist with startup, shutdown, and operations of facility equipment.
• Identify problems that arise and resolve or report them.
• Proper use and documentation of programs utilized in the preventative maintenance of the plant operation.
• Carryout site inspections and audits, as required.
• Ensure compliance with Skyline policies and procedures including participation in on-going job related training.
• All other duties as required.
