Our client, a dynamic bilingual civil litigation boutique firm in Ottawa, seeks an experienced litigation lawyer to join their team. The practice covers defamation, linguistic rights, medical malpractice, personal injury, and a wide range of other civil matters. Candidates will handle motions, discoveries, examinations, settlement conferences, trials, and other courtroom work while managing files from intake to disposition.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct motions, discoveries, examinations, settlement conferences, and trials.

Manage entire case files from start to finish.

Collaborate with partners and the legal team to develop case strategy.

Work independently on a diverse set of civil litigations.

Key Qualifications

3–5+ years of practical civil litigation experience.

Called to the Ontario Bar for at least 3 years.

Strong ability to work independently on varied files.
