Adecco is actively seeking a proactive and results-driven Floating Manager to oversee multiple retail gas stations in the Lower Mainland, BC.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying gaps in site profitability, developing, and implementing strategies with Site Managers to achieve corporate targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a background in retail gas or convenience stores, and a passion for driving performance.
- Pay Rate : $65k / year.
- Location : Lower Mainland, BC

- Identify and address gaps in site profitability and collaborate with Site Managers to develop and execute plans to meet corporate targets.
- Ensure that customer service standards are met consistently across all locations by coaching and motivating employees.
- Provide training and support to Site Managers, fostering their growth and development.
- Achieve targets related to profit, volume, convenience retail, and operational efficiency by working with marketing and networking teams.
- Quickly respond to changing priorities and handle ambiguity effectively.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members, stakeholders, and corporate supports. Requirements :
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum of five years in a management or mentorship role, preferably within the retail gas or convenience sector.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but extensive relevant experience will be considered.
- Strong leadership qualities, results-driven, self-starter, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
