Compensation & Location

• Compensation : Tech Lead 18 : Salaries typically range from $96,557 to $128,743 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive.
• Location : EDC operates in a hybrid work environment, currently requiring employees to work in the office 2 days per week. This role can be performed from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa or from one of our Community Hubs located in Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Brossard, and Laval.
• Relocation : Relocation assistance is available for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group supports EDC’s mission by delivering secure and reliable digital experiences. The DPDA group enables the business to leverage technologies by providing secure, fit-for-purpose digital business platforms. The Automation Technical Lead will help spearhead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performing automation solutions within our financial services ecosystem. The automation tool set includes UiPath, ServiceNow CSM & Automation Centre, Power Apps, and Azure AI. This is a strategic leadership role to define architectural direction and drive digital transformation.
