Senior Lawyer, Lawyer

Role :

Our client is seeking a lawyer with 10 years or more of corporate finance and / or real estate finance experience to join its team.

A lawyer hired in this position will manage and participate in meaningful,plex and sizeable financing transactions, and work in a broad variety of related property, corporate and transactional financing matters. Considered a market leader, our department is looking for candidates who are ambitious, proactive, and enjoy working on large-scale transactions to join one of the most exciting finance practices in the country.

Qualifications :

We are looking for a candidate with :

• Experience as a lawyer in a high-caliber legal practice or In-house (Minimum 10 years)
• Experience inplex and sizeable finance transactions
• Experience with corporate finance and / or real estate finance
• The ability to work in a fast-paced team
• The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Amitment to exceeding client expectations
• Membership to the Québec Bar or the Quebec Chamber of Notaries
