Overview

Momentum Developmental Support began as a residential‑care system for adults with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities. Our team adapted to meet clients where they are, focusing on enhancing futures.

Responsibilities

As a Developmental Support Worker you are part of the Momentum Community, working with clients to maintain safe and healthy lifestyles. You promote independence through recreational, learning, physical fitness and money management activities. FUN is a big part of our day!

Qualifications

• High school diploma (post‑secondary education in a relevant field is an asset).
• Experience working in a support role with adults, preferably adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and / or mental health disorders.
• Driver’s license.
• Medical report, including immunization record, TB skin test report.
• Record of conduct and a vulnerable sector check.
• Emergency First Aid, AED / CPR Level C.
