An exciting opportunity has opened up for our client to appoint a MINING EXPLOSIVES SALES MANAGER

In support of our client's growth and expansion, we are recruiting a MINING EXPLOSIVES SALES MANAGER to join our clients’ team in Canada. The incumbent will deliver on the growth plans and be a part of their exciting future.

This key role reports to the General Manager and the incumbent will create and carry out sales plans, meet sales targets in designated accounts, and expand into new markets in the region through efficient business development, channel management, and support. Building business models is also necessary for the company to grow and become operational. To successfully build, nurture, and broaden alliances with strategically significant clients in the region to accomplish designated strategic account goals. Presenting to assigned customers the full range of

the company's offerings, overseeing the customer account planning cycle, and making sure that the needs and expectations of assigned customers are relayed to the business (the voice of the customer) to establish the company as the go-to provider of services; and to carry out

key account management responsibilities for mining in the region.

Important Core Competencies and Qualifications :

• Relevant commercial and / or technical tertiary qualification, degree / diploma / similar
• Excellent understand and experience with mining and explosives
• 7 -10 years of working experience in account management / business development.
• Must have strategic account management experience in mining / explosives services
