Compensation : $160,000 - $185,000 per year

The Position :
The Director, Marketing will provide leadership and oversight of the corporate Marketing functions. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.
You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a strategy that will help us maximize sales and market share.
Finally, you will oversee organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the sales and marketing fields, and deliver the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Improve brand awareness by ensuring marketing ideas coincide with the company’s brand and mission statement
- Working with sales department to develop strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
- Support business decisions by providing product, industry, market, and competitive analyses
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies to promote the Eclipse group of companies
- Develop sales presentation and provide reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing
- Manage all marketing materials and branding for Eclipse group of companies and maintaining a collection of video footage and photos
What We’re Looking For :
- Post-secondary education in bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing with a focus in sales and business development
- Demonstrated experience in creating successful marketing and public relations collateral
- Ability to initiate and monitor several simultaneous projects
