Duty Officer - Assistant chef d’escale

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an airline company based in Monrovia, Liberia, for a Duty Officer position.Key Responsibilities : Assist passengers at the station;Continuously monitor the handling operations at the station;Handle customer complaints;Immediately report any incidents;Regularly update operational reports;Required Profile : Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Management or equivalent;3+ years of experience in a similar position (in handling activities);Dynamic, organized, strong interpersonal skills, good listener, and problem-solving abilities.
