In accordance with the Vision Purpose and Values and strategic direction of the Vancouver Island Health Authority patient safety is a priority and a responsibility shared by everyone at VIHA; as such the requirement to continuously improve quality and safety is inherent in all aspects of this position.

Performs tasks involved in unpacking checking storing and distributing supplies to the users and stocking storeroom according to established procedures and under the direction of the Senior Storekeeper. Performs manual duties in a variety of areas related to the maintenance of hospital buildings grounds and equipment.

Grade 12 plus one year recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education training and experience. Valid Class 5 vehicle license.
