As an Assistant Field Coordinator (Co-op) , you will support Project Managers & Superintendents in delivering ICI (Buildings) projects. Your focus will be maintaining contract documentation, supporting estimating, and assisting with budget and schedule preparation across design-build, plan‑and‑spec, and construction management contracts.

The purpose of the Assistant Field Coordinator is to ensure profitable project completion, quality delivery, and a safe work environment. You will be involved in

• Updating and maintaining purchase order logs, shop drawing, submittal logs, and plan logs.
• Gaining an understanding of how to select suppliers and subcontractors and obtaining quotations.
• Assisting with and clarifying scope of work with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring continuous focus on site safety in accordance with regulatory requirements and our Corporate Health and Safety Policy.
• Attending site meetings and assisting in the completion of project deficiencies.
• Tracking and keeping inventory of supplies to ensure they arrive on schedule and are tracked.
• Assisting the site superintendent with other duties as needed.

Pay Rate $21‑$26 / hour, based on applicable education and experience.
