Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Project Manager with deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM General Ledger (GL), AP, and AR modules. The candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of PeopleSoft projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to project governance, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end delivery of PeopleSoft FSCM GL projects, including Implementation, Upgrade, and Support
  

• Lead cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, Testing, Infrastructure) and ensure smooth project execution
  

• Oversee project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication
  

• Facilitate governance meetings and provide timely updates to senior management
  

Functional Expertise

• Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM General Ledger:
  

  • Journal Processing
    

  • Multicurrency Management
    

  • Allocations
    

  • Period Close
    

  • Consolidation
    

  • Interunit processing
    

• Validate functional deliverables from technical teams and ensure alignment with business requirements
  

• Ensure requirements management, documentation, and compliance with organizational standards
  

Technical Awareness

• Exposure to PeopleSoft technical stack:
  

  • PeopleTools, App Engine, PeopleCode
    

  • Integrations (CI/IB), nVision, BI Publisher
    

• Awareness sufficient to validate technical deliverables and support project execution
  

Methodologies & Tools

• Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  

• Hands-on experience with change control / ITSM tools (PHIRE, STAT, ServiceNow)
  

• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
  

Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Functional expertise in PeopleSoft Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) modules
  

• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Development Life Cycle (PDLC):

• Ability to document business processes, configure Journal Approval workflows, chart-fields, and combo-edits
  

• Ability to create Balance Sheet, Income Statements, Trial Balances, and Cash Flow reports
