Job description

We’re looking for an Administrative Program Coordinator in the healthcare services industry. This job is onsite in Edmonton, AB.

Our client is a well-established, not-for-profit healthcare organization that delivers community-based programs and services to individuals and families. With a strong reputation for compassionate care and accessibility, this organization offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on supporting communities through high-quality programming and services. .

Administrative Program Coordinator responsibilities :

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, setup, enrollment, and execution of workshops and group programs
  • Coordinate facilitators, student facilitators, and volunteers for each program
  • Analyze outcomes and work with facilitators to implement improvements based on participant feedback
  • Assist with onsite setup for in-person programs as required
  • Support promotional and marketing initiatives related to program offerings
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of volunteers
  • Act as a primary point of contact for volunteers, providing ongoing communication and support
  • Track volunteer hours, participation, and feedback for reporting and evaluation
  • Provide general administrative support related to programs and events
  • Maintain organized records and documentation

Collaborate closely with internal administrative and program teams

The successful candidate has :

  • Experience in an administrative, program coordination, or volunteer coordination role
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Supervisory or volunteer coordination experience is an asset
  • Event planning or project coordination experience is an asset
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or client
  • A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

    Compensation and benefits :

  • Salary range : $40,000 – $60,000 depending on experience
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment

  • Onsite role within a growing organization
