We’re looking for an Administrative Program Coordinator in the healthcare services industry. This job is onsite in Edmonton, AB.

Administrative Program Coordinator responsibilities :
- Assist with planning, scheduling, setup, enrollment, and execution of workshops and group programs
- Coordinate facilitators, student facilitators, and volunteers for each program
- Analyze outcomes and work with facilitators to implement improvements based on participant feedback
- Assist with onsite setup for in-person programs as required
- Support promotional and marketing initiatives related to program offerings
- Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of volunteers
- Act as a primary point of contact for volunteers, providing ongoing communication and support
- Track volunteer hours, participation, and feedback for reporting and evaluation
- Provide general administrative support related to programs and events
- Maintain organized records and documentation
Collaborate closely with internal administrative and program teams
The successful candidate has :
Experience in an administrative, program coordination, or volunteer coordination roleAbility to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekendsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSupervisory or volunteer coordination experience is an assetEvent planning or project coordination experience is an assetStrong client service orientationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or clientA collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Compensation and benefits :
Salary range : $40,000 – $60,000 depending on experienceSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to contribute to meaningful community-based healthcare programsOnsite role within a growing organization
