Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services, guiding them from initial contact through to booking. Use individualized promo codes (e.g., Brad24) to incentivize visits, earning a 10% commission per service for every five bookings. Reach out to contacts via social media and local events to promote the spa, aiming to secure appointments and build brand exposure. Actively participate in networking at local businesses and events, spreading awareness of our services. Strong following or large follower base on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Motivated, self‑directed, and comfortable with commission‑based work. Willingness to learn about our services and present them confidently. Fair compensation with commission, tips, and potential upsells. Ongoing training and education to stay current with industry trends. Opportunities for advancement within the spa.
