Overview

Element Martial Arts is seeking a passionate and experienced Shotokan Karate Instructor to join our team. We are seeking an individual dedicated to teaching, inspiring, and empowering students of all ages through the practice of traditional karate.

Schedule & Compensation

Tuesdays & Thursdays : 6 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 PM (All Ages Karate Classes)
Hours subject to change

Responsibilities

Lead engaging and structured Shotokan Karate classes for all ages.

Deliver training that follows Element Martial Arts’ established curriculum.

Ensure students’ progression is honoured, genuine, and in alignment with our curriculum standards.

Prepare students for and conduct belt testing with fairness and integrity.

Foster a positive, disciplined, and respectful class environment.

Motivate students to grow in both their martial arts skillset and personal development.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet some or all of the following criteria.

Prior experience teaching or assisting in karate classes.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and student development.
