A leading digital dental lab group specializing in cutting-edge dental solutions is hiring a motivated and results-driven Business Development and Account Manager for their Southwestern Ontario territory.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities within their accounts.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the dental industry by prospecting new leads and managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
- Product & Service Presentation : Confidently present and promote product and service offerings to both new and existing clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the solutions.
- Customer Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional customer service and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Market Research & Strategy : Stay informed about market trends and competitors to provide strategic insights that drive business growth.
- Sales Targets & Reporting : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by tracking progress and maintaining accurate records in the company's CRM system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and a smooth delivery of solutions.
- Continuing Education (CE) Events : Promote and attend CE events as necessary, enhancing client relationships and industry knowledge.
Requirements
EDUCATION & TRAINING
A formal education in Business or Marketing is valued, but we encourage candidates with successful B2B sales experience and an entrepreneurial mentality to apply.WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
3+ years of proven experience in business development and account management in the dental or medical device industry.Knowledge of dental products and technologies, especially cosmetic and implant products would be beneficial.Demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding sales targets.Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, and tasks concurrently.Established relationships within the dental field are highly desirable.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
