Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced Family and / or Litigation Lawyer at Meadowridge Law located in Maple Ridge, BC, with flexibility for periodic remote work. The lawyer will handle day-to-day legal tasks related to family law and litigation, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of family law, litigation procedures, and legal principles
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Solid communication and negotiation abilities
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple cases effectively
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in British Columbia
• Experience working in family law or litigation practice is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
