We provide you with the tools and guidance to help you successfully work with and communicate our services to clients and prospects alikeJob Summary- Managing client on-boarding process, including client information and file recording and management.- Managing the execution of transactions on behalf of the advisor.- Ensuring a high level of client service with effective and personable communication.- Providing research support on markets and investments.- Coordinating with internal and external partners (e.G. Mutual Fund wholesalers) to meet client’s needs.- Preparing materials for client meetings (client summary, statements, documentation, etc.)- Working with the advisor to distribute client communication and marketing pieces.- Providing recommendations to Advisor for the improvement of business processes.- Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner and direct them to the appropriate advisor.Ideal Qualifications and Skills- Previously or currently Licensed Assistant of CSC & CPH- CFP, CFA or CIM Candidate- A Bachelor's degree or equivalentIdeal Qualifications and Skills- Previously or currently Licensed Assistant- Completed CSC&CPH- CFP, CFA or CIM Candidate- A Bachelor's degree or equivalentLanguage- English- Chinese - Cantonese and Mandarin (Intermediate level)Job Types- Full-time (Monday to Friday)- Base salary ($22 - $25 per hour)
