As a Labour relations Analyst you will focus on negotiations, compensation analysis, employee relations and performance management. The Labor Relations Analyst will also provide critical internal human resources consultation services to employees, department managers and directors. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and people skills, as well as effective time management and attention to detail.

Major responsibilities

• Conducts research, analysis of data and provides cost analyses
• Providing research to the Human Resources department on policy, collective agreement proposals, administration and interpretation, grievances, arbitrations and workplace Labour Relations issues.
• Compiles reports and recommendations on planning, policy, collective agreement clause history, past practices
• Updating and maintaining the internal database
