About the Job
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding market share and driving growth in the skylight category by influencing trade professionals and supporting sales through key VELUX dealers. In collaboration with the National Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans for your region. This includes leading and coordinating efforts with the regional sales team, and engaging directly with dealers, builders, contractors, remodelers, roofers, and architects to promote VELUX solutions.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the expansion of existing accounts. You will also take on special projects and assignments as directed by the National Sales Manager.
This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred. 3–5 years of leadership experience and outside sales experience (building industry experience a plus). Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability in planning, prioritization, and goal setting. Skilled in relationship management and customer engagement. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working at heights.
