Avantor Services provides a wide range of on-site laboratory support services for leading pharmaceutical companies. We work in close partnership with our clients to deliver essential scientific and operational activities that keep their labs running smoothly.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for lab supply orders and finance inquiries.
• Manage communication between suppliers and customers.
• Administer contract documentation and maintain supplier files and data.
• Handle daily inquiries and platform updates promptly and courteously.
• Prepare sourcing reports and ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
• Assist project teams with supplier information entry and document maintenance.
• Conduct price negotiations and request quotations.
• Source products by reviewing market offerings to ensure optimal price and quality.
• Handle invoice deviations and proactively manage lead times and follow-ups.
• Manage purchase and case systems and perform goods receipt in the purchasing system.
• Support additional administrative tasks assigned by the line manager.
