Job Summary : The Senior Manager of Engineering will be responsible for leading the engineering project management team to execute capital and operational excellence projects across all Canadian facilities. This individual will oversee the identification, prioritization and budgeting of all site-level engineering projects. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and collaboration skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

As the Senior Manager, Engineering, you will be responsible for :

Project Management :

• Manage the planning and execution of Capital projects using the local and remote engineering team members across the Canadian facilities.
• Oversee when necessary local Project Management activities, with a strong understanding of contractor management
• Working knowledge and understanding of capital project management and its responsibility to develop and share timelines, budgets, RACI charts and risk logs to the identified stakeholder team
