Your Impact
The Sr. IT Program Manager is a senior leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, interrelated IT projects and programs that support the organization’s strategic objectives. This role is designed to realize medium to long-term benefits, transforming the organization and the way it does business. The Sr. IT Program Manager works closely with stakeholders to translate Portfolio Critical Success Factors into defined, measurable benefits, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic initiatives.
What The Role Offers
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive IT program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and value realization.
Develop and maintain a Benefits Breakdown Structure (BBS), defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are verifiable, measurable, and quantitative.
Leverage reporting roadmaps, Kanban boards, and other tracking tools to monitor program progress and benefits realization.
Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and other internal / external partners.
Act as a mentor and coach for project managers, supporting career development in program management.

Compensation : At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.
Salary Range : $135,000 - $150,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
