Job Description
This exciting role within Accenture Canada's growing Security business requires a highly collaborative, multi-faceted security expert to lead our talented and growing cloud and infrastructure security team.
We are looking for candidates with the right balance of people, technical and business skills to work with Accenture and eco-system stakeholders to drive business growth and play a key role with clients and teams in the successful delivery of innovative security solutions.
- As the trusted security advisory for industry security and technology leaders, support their security mandates to protect their businesses through end-to-end security solutions and innovations.
- Help drive business development activities including origination, qualification, capture and relationship development
- Develop, plan and lead large-scale solution delivery efforts for clients across a broad range of Security and privacy capabilities and requirements
- Play a lead role in developing written and oral client proposals
- Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders at VP and C-suite level
- Assist in driving overall Security practice growth
Basic Skills :
- Minimum of 15 years of experience designing and delivering a broad range of security services for clients
- Deep understanding of and experience in both cloud and infrastructure security
- Ability to coordinate and driving high-value Multi-Tower Security Deals.
- Extensive experience in delivering complex, multi-tower Cloud Security and Zero Trust delivery (build and transform).
- Cloud Security experience in MSFT Security and one other CSP e.g. GCP or AWS.
- Zero Trust experience in Secure Access Service Edge with a major vendor e.g. PANW and Zscaler.
- Cloud Security architecture experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated collaboration experience in a professional setting with national or global firm.
- Demonstrated experience in practice development and ability to lead and grow healthy teams
- High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Active engagement and participation in practice wide initiatives and extra-curricular activities that contribute to business growth and high levels of people engagement.
- Industry recognized Professional Security certification (CISSP / CISM)
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.
Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience working for the Big 5 consulting firms is highly desired
- Knowledge of Security vendors and Security product capabilities
- In possession of, or able to qualify for, Canadian security clearance
- Experience in pricing deals and broad understanding of competitive environment.
- Strong client focus, knowledge and experience in one or more industry areas (i.e. retail, resources, financial services, health, public sector, etc.)
- 5+ strong client relationships at Director level and above.
- Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
- Experience originating and closing deals in Cloud Security and Zero Trust domains.
- Recognized for thought leadership in the market with experience speaking at conferences or delivering cybersecurity related learning
- Demonstrated experience working with eco-system partners
- Ability to foster account engagement and growth with security delivery and account leads, client account leads and industry leaders
- Proven ability to create a business plan and execute against it.
