Bilingual Customer Service Representative
IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact between IDEAL, its distributors, end‑users, and sales staff. This role reports directly to the Customer Success Manager and supports the company’s business objectives and revenue targets by delivering a professional customer service operation.
Base Pay Range
CA$52,000 – CA$68,000 per year.

Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, fax, mail, e‑mail, or in person.
- Handle inquiries regarding shipping / delivery dates, order changes / cancellations, quotations, and general service questions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive rapport with every customer interaction.
- Process and follow up on less complex customer complaints such as those requiring product repair or replacement.
- Develop a basic familiarity with company products, applications, pricing, warranties, sales policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with supporting departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings and training programs.
- Consistently meet or exceed department quality standards for email and call monitoring.
- Accurately enter customer orders in accordance with company standards and policies.
- Manage credits, invoices, and returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on accounting preferred.1–2 years of related experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.Experience dealing directly with customers via phone and email.Experience with sales order administration processes.Solid IT skills with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.Experience with EDI systems is an asset.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
