On behalf of our public sector client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Business Analysis Design and Implementation Lead Consultant to join our Public Sector client for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

The position is hybrid, requiring at least two days onsite in Richmond, BC.

Summary of the Role :

The Business Analysis Design and Implementation Lead Consultant will lead the end-to-end future state business design and implementation for a transformative initiative.

This includes working closely with business operations to ensure project outcomes align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Translate vision and strategy into actionable future state designs to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to align business and technical requirements, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives.
  • Partner with operations and benefits measurement teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of business designs, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration across teams, including business operations, technology, transition, and reporting.
  • Develop and oversee templates, plans, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards and managing risks.
  • Produce key deliverables such as journey maps, requirements, operating models, process maps, user stories, and input into metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools.

Core Requirements :

  • Proven experience working in a Public Sector unionized environment.
  • Expertise in leading business transformation programs or projects.
  • Strong analytical skills for organizing and interpreting unstructured data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams, including training and quality assurance.

Desired Skills & Experience :

  • Knowledge of the claims process lifecycle is preferred.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with an aptitude for navigating complex challenges.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for delivering measurable results.

Terms :

This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension. The role follows a hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of two days onsite in Richmond, BC.

The successful candidate must provide professional references during the interview process and will undergo a background check upon receiving an offer.
